This class weaves together mindful, intuitive movement, with strength building holds, and grounding breathwork, creating a balance of effort and ease. Expect a steady, nourishing flow with space to feel, soften, and land.
With soulful music and a more inward pace, this practice is inspired by Venus energy - connection, presence, and embodiment.

A 6 week journey into the energy of Shakti - the creative, intuitive, and embodied feminine force that lives within us all.
This series is an invitation to reconnect with your body, awaken your energy, and move through a guided arc of embodiment, expression, and integration.
Each session begins with a gentle arrival, a short talk, and the ritual of drinking ceremonial cacao - known to support heart opening and activate the “bliss” chemicals within the brain.
From there, we move into a guided women’s yoga practice, designed to activate the bliss body through breath, movement, and deep presence, before closing in rest and integration.
This is a softly held, grounded space to move, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

Each week explores a different aspect of Shakti, guiding you through:
You’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the series, where I’ll share voice notes, reflections, and gentle practices to support integration between sessions.
The group will remain open for one week after the final session.
