Grounding Flow – Soulful Vinyasa

A slower, grounding practice to reconnect you to your body and bring you back to yourself.

This class weaves together mindful, intuitive movement, with strength building holds, and grounding breathwork, creating a balance of effort and ease. Expect a steady, nourishing flow with space to feel, soften, and land.

With soulful music and a more inward pace, this practice is inspired by Venus energy - connection, presence, and embodiment.

Each week builds gently on the last, supporting a deeper relationship with your practice.
